FSM: Security of our country and beloved state is paramount

During the presentation of the letters of approval for land lease extension/renewal of land in Kolombong (Click HERE), the President of Federation of Sabah Manufacturers (FSM) Datuk Seri Panglima Wong Khen Thau has called on all in Sabah to render their support to the East Sabah Security Command (ESSCOM) that is being set up to look into security concerns all the way from Kudat to Tawau.

Wong urged all Sabahans to put aside their political differences and help the special security area to achieve its objective; Stressing on the fact that  the security of our country and beloved state is paramount.

“We should not be finger pointing, we should not listen to speculations but instead work together as a team to do whatever that is necessary to protect our nation. This is the job of every citizen of Malaysia… to support our heroes who are fighting at the front lines. FSM will join with the rest of the people and will do whatever we can to help our heroes,”

FSM also congratulated the state and federal governments for taking the initiative in the creation of the security area.
