Beluran MP Datuk Ronald Kiandee highlighted the fact that the role of the Beluran district council would become challenging as the district will be experiencing economic growth.
Therefore he noted that the district council must keep abreast with it by introducing new by-laws. The necessary by-laws are a must and essential in order to provide more service to the people.
