KOTA KINABALU: IFCA has developed a fully integrated human resources business solution for its customers in Sabah.

The state of the art technology which leverages on the most relevant and latest powerful smart device will redefine and elevate human resources (HR) technology to greater heights, said IFCA Sabah general manager Beh Soo Lang.

The HR technology software was developed based on a total integrated solution, product ownership and ongoing research & development, said Beh at the launching of the ‘IFCA HR360 on the go’ by Deputy Chief Minister cum Resource Development & IT Minister Datuk Dr Yee Moh Chai at a resort yesterday.

The latest product was launched to meet today’s globalisation and workforce mobility as HR needs to be on the move and information on HR has to be ‘anytime, anywhere’ for operations and critical decision making, she said.

“HR 360 will serve as a key tool in revolutionising collaboration and communication for our customer’s entire workforce and organisation,” she said.

The HR 360 software provides workflow-enabled business notifications and business alerts, and able to provide a centralised database while maintaining a remote accessible platform for users to use the application, she said.

The users of HR 360 are able to conduct their business while travelling and also able to retrieve relevant information from the company headquarters, and this mobility gives more advantages to organisations such as accessing critical information quickly and accurately.

With HR 360, human resources executive no longer need a desktop or a PC just to view and manage their dynamic HR data as they can now remotely access them.

HR360 offers the traditional HR solution by modular basis such as personnel, leave, payroll, time, claim, performance appraisal, benefits, recruitment and training.

Besides that, the system is written using the last .Net technology by Microsoft with HTML 5.0 which complies with many web browsers on different operating systems, companies with staff strength of 100 to1,000, and more active headcounts that are best fit to use the HR360, she said.

It runs on Microsoft SOL database, a common choice for many people and is inexpensive to maintain.

Also present were Ministry of Resource Development & IT, Permanent Secretary Datuk Bruno Vun and IFCA Asia-Pacific general manager David Teh.
